Waste Water Treatment Plant

The Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) has been inoperable since the 2019 flood. Our crew, along with Municipal Maintenance Service and Goodman Automation, have the aerators up and running for the first time in 7 years. We're preparing to start treating the water in the coming weeks. We have a long way to go, but the council has also approved a Financial Assistance Program (FAP) loan and the upgrade plan from Myers Engineering to get the plant operational and in compliance with Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) requirements over the next year.
